Do I have to have an RV/Camper on my pad?
Yes, your RV/camper must not be more than 10 years old and less than 26 feet in length. Bylaws B. Recreational Vehicle Standards
Can I rent my Casita/RV/Site?
Yes, Subject to the following provisions, an Owner may lease or rent their Lot and any Structure located thereon (collectively the “Owner’s Property”) to a third party (the “Lessee”). A.9 Lot Use
How many vehicles can I have parked in my driveway?
One RV/Camper, 2 vehicles, and or a boat as long as every thing fits within the bounds of your driveway and does not encroach onto the main roadway. C. Restrictions
I am having guests over, where can they park?
In your driveway or at the Community Center, Main Office or storage lot. Parking on the main roadway is PROHIBITED. C. Restrictions
Can I raise chickens?
No. Non-domesticated or commercial animals, such as, snakes, reptiles, livestock, or poultry of any kind will not be raised, bred, or kept on any Lot. C.14&15 Restrictions
Can I have a burn pit?
No wood burning fires are permitted unless the fire is enclosed in a freestanding screened device and continually attended until completely extinguished. The wood burning first hours are from 4pm to 10pm unless temporarily banned by local or state officials. C.14. Restrictions, Fire Pits
May I run a business from my RV/Casita?
No business, professional, commercial (A, B&B), or trade venture or activity shall be conducted on any Lot which is visible or open to the public. C.17 Restrictions – Prohibited Activities
