Where is our transparency? https://irongatorpoa.com/community/discussion/where-is-our-board-where-is-our-transparency/ Sun, 28 Apr 2024 13:50:05 +0000 In accordance with our President’s comment at previous board meeting to post on the Iron Gator POA website, below is what has been posted on the old FB sites that several board members have seen and with no response.  This is in hopes that we could get a response per the directive of Mr. President.

Jeff Anstey to one of your comments, the Board isn’t going to respond to FB as our president mentioned in one of the meetings. His response was to put it in our ‘new’ website. However that isn’t happening either.

With the updates we have received since the election, it would seem they are meeting in some form, and that is a board meeting which is an open meeting by law! If 3 of them gather, meet, whatever they call it, and whether in person or via phone, zoom, etc…. and are discussing the business that affects our community, that IS and should be an open meeting by Texas POA laws and each board member is bound by rules to make this right.

To our Board, make this right and schedule meetings so the owners can attend and see how each of you are working for us!!! Let’s get legal and transparent!!!
