Myself and several other Members would like to know the date, time, and location of the next POA meeting.

Also status of the amenities negotiations.

Huge thanks to Dean for getting the gate situation resolved.

Recent crime in our community. Will this be a topic of our next POA Board meeting.

This website has a section for Meeting Minutes. Can these be posted, or otherwise provided?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your questions.

The Board will announce a open POA meeting to be held sometime in the next three weeks.  Once the location, date, and agenda details are finalized, notice will be sent to the POA distribution via USPS mail and email at least 10 days before the meeting.  The agenda will include an update on the status of the amenities agreement negotiation status, an overview of the management services agreement, and an approval of the meeting minutes for the Board meetings.  Once these minutes are approved, they will be distributed at the open meeting and posted on the web site.

So what this is indicating is that there have been no open meeting only closed ones?   Why has this been the case?

Clearly they have been having meetings, but in private. That is contrary to Texas law.

I look forward to meeting minutes be presented to us. The updates emailed show Board activity, but no minutes.

We all need to hold the board accountable to open meetings. So far, they have shown no interest in following the law.
