Our Board

The Board of Directors is the legal body representing the interests of community’s members - the homeowners. The community is controlled by a series of documents that were created when the Property Owners Association (POA) was initially formed. These documents are collectively called the Governing Documents. The governing documents define every aspect of how the POA should be run, from how many members should be on the board, to what color the doors should be painted. The board’s responsibility is to follow and enforce the governing documents, and to add to or amend them as the needs of the needs of the community change over time.
